I ordered a Mark Cain coat from them. It is 100% fake. The color is wrong and it doesn’t fit correctly and it looks nothing like the real one. I have not been able to get a hold of them to even get a refund I will never ever Shopped there again

Rinnovo automatico di Zalando Plus senza nessuna comunicazione al cliente, pratica assolutamente scorretta. L’assistenza clienti non vuole rimborsare quanto preso dal mio conto in quanto dice che sono passati 14 giorni dal rinnovo, peccato che è una menzogna in quanto i soldi sono stati scalati ieri. Li denuncerò alla mia Unione consumatori e vediamo se cambiano atteggiamento.

- Does they lack a group of managers to whom the customer support team reports? - Is there no one evaluating how they perform their job? - Is there no one to whom a customer can provide feedback about the support team's work? DISCLAIMER: Based on their behavior, the answer is NO ONE CARES. To these questions, which I have asked more than five times via email, all the customer support team members with whom I interacted ignored me and sent automatic responses. Finally, one of them answered with the following: "We would like to bring to your notice that we are a group of people here to help you via this email chain. There is no such person responsible for customer satisfaction in our company (Customer Success Manager) or a dedicated email account." No one is responsible for customer satisfaction. No one you can contact regarding the awful work of the support team. They deleted all the reviews below the products, and now you’re buying a pig in a poke. You cannot easily find how to contact them; they have hidden this option as much as possible. You have no options to contact them via form or email because their website basically sucks, and that page doesn’t work. The live chat is poor, and they close it in your face as soon as you ask about your rights. Long story short, never waste your precious time on them; it is NOT worth it. They simply don't care about you as a customer. No, NO, and again, NO. Never. The worst customer service I have ever faced. Misinformation, disinformation, closing chats directly in customers' faces, being mean — it's all part of their customer service. Big NO.

I ordered a raincoat with zalando a month ago but never received it. They refuse to give me a refund. They tell me my package has been delivered when it hasn't. When I contacted UPS, they told me they cannot locate my parcel and don't know where it is ans they advise me to contact zalando. I lost almost 60 pounds. I have tried to call ups and zalando on the phone but I am hearing impaired and no native English speaker and I'm under the impression they take advantage of my situation. I don't know what to do.

Er is altijd een probleem met de partners wanneer je een retour terug hebt gezonden duurt de afhandeling veelte lang waardoor de klant een herinnering krijgt van Zalando, en wij als veel besteller moeten bijna iedere week contact op nemen met Zalando, door de trage afhandeling van de partners daar worden wij als klant niet blij van. Wij gaan stoppen met Zalando

Avoid!!!!!! Thieve- will not refund you on all your returns, will claim they didn't recieve them. Customer service rude and aggressive and will disconnect call- never a good sign from a company Just don't shop with them, you'll cry, delivery, non delivery, returns, customer service. The whole experience will have you miserable. You work hard for your money, don't give it to Zalando, they'll bend you over!

Ordered an item and recieved the wrong item. Sent back re ordered the item again guess what got wrong item again. I am now awaiting refunds for 2 items which come to nearly £200 . I question do they even have items in stock that you are ordering quite frankly

If I could give zero stars I would! Avoid ordering from this “company” at all costs! Ordered a North Face jacket for £269.99 from them, Yodel website said the item was refused pick up from the sender as it was poorly packaged/damaged and to contact the sender, on contacting Zascamdo they confirmed the parcel had been damaged and returned by the courier and would be refunded in 5 days, following 7 days received a further email saying they had received my return (it was never delivered to be returned!!) and they will refund in 7 days! Unacceptable, have contacted credit card fraud team to recoup the payment and reporting to Trading Standards.

This company refused to fulfill an order to be delivered within the UK while saying they only deliver within the UK. Multiple messages were sent to customer service with no resolution. Additionally, there were multiple technical problems with the website not allowing me to register an account, having to restart the computer, start with a new email, etc. Plus I spent hours going through their website to find what I wanted to buy, got all the way to the payment page, and the company then literally refused to fulfill my order. This company literally wasted hours of my time and goes out of its way to get rid of customers. I'm truly disgusted with this company. I don't say this lightly. Stay far, far, away. The world will be a better place if they go out of business.

FRAUDSTERS. NOT SAFE TO USE. Sent an order back for a North Face coat. They received my returned order on 1st March but didn’t correspond what so ever. They literally made me chase & beg just to look into my query which they refused to do until I signed a ‘legal document’ then I was told my refund has been rejected because item wasn’t in the bag. Although I have photos of the parcel as I dropped it off to evri, zalando refuse to provide any further information & just ignore me. No customer support what do ever and just steal peoples money. They’re doing this to a lot of people according to chat groups. Someone needs to stop this company defrauding people! It’s theft. If this has happened to you, I did the below. 1. Report them to your bank and ask what options are available to retrieve your money. 2. Report them to Citizens advise who will explain what to do next. 3. Report them to Trading Standards 4. File a report to Action Fraud 5. Share your experience everywhere you can online

I’ve had some issues with Zalando but they more or less were solved but this one is just worrying and upsetting. I returned a pair of Jordans and after a while realised they weren’t refunded so I contacted Zalando, they confirmed they had received them, made me sign a form and then said that they didn’t receive them and they cannot refund me until I return them. I was just dismissed and now I’m being completely ignored. it’s a lot of money I have lost. I’ve also returned another order and I don’t know if the same thing will happen again. I think people should be aware and be careful ordering from Zalando because this may happen to you!

ZALANDO IS SCAM!!!! Like other reviewers, I really wished I had read these reviews before spending my hard earned money at Zalando. There seem to be a trend that returned parcel never arrives at their warehouse which is rather convenient and a big scam. I provided all the necessary evidence that my parcel was returned and the tracking shows it arrived safely at their warehouse, I was asked to sign a legal statement and send a redacted ID all of which was duly actioned. I sent tracking details and photos of package. They still state that they cannot process my refund. What more can I do, this is my worst experience of online shopping. I will not be pushed over or part with my money without a fight. Zalando do the needful and refund what you owe. Evri are very reliable and the tracker shows that you got the parcel back but do not want to refund the money back to your customers. I am £200 out of pocket due to your daylight robbery. Zalando must be brought to books. Like every other customers have mentioned, they simply say they can't process the refund without giving reasons or next steps. I can't believe this is allowed to happen in 2023. Scam! Scam!! Scam!!! If you value your money and sanity, please DO NOT shop at Zalando.
