“expensive, and very little relaxing effect. Also they keep spamming me with marketing”

Hi Naeem, I'm sorry you had a poor experience with our product and customer outreach. We have removed you from all marketing and outreach emails. Also, for a better experience with our products, we suggest trying a stronger strength of CBD oil. The 10mg of CBD per serving bottle you purchased may not be strong enough for you. We suggest the 50mg per serving bottle strength. Let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you.

“Doesn't seem to work as well as what I used before, unfortunately they have gone out of business so trying different ones. Yours was the first. It also needs some flavoring added to it. Mint or something.”

Hi Barbara, I guess the reason our oil didn't work as well for you as a previous oil is that you chose a low-strength CBD oil bottle. I recommend one of our strength options that offers 50mg of CBD per serving. We sell a peppermint and a rootbeer float flavor option under our Full spectrum CBD oil. We hope that you will give us another shot. Give us a call and we will help you find the best bottle for you.

“I spent a lot of time researching different brands of cbd and the differences between broad spectrum and full spectrum etc. as well as reading a lot of reviews. I bought this to try to help me sleep and reduce pain in my joints. This did the opposite for sleep! I couldn't get to sleep for hours. I can say I have tried using it for anxiety that recently started as a result of a car accident and I think it does offer some help in taking the edge off. I was hopeful for sleep and basic ache and pain relief, but saw no difference over 2 weeks of regular use. I won't purchase again.”

Hi Beth, thank you for giving our Broad Spectrum CBD oil a try. That is an interesting side effect that has occurred for you. Generally, our CBD oil helps to relax the body and the mind. It is unusual for it to keep you awake like that, but not completely unheard of. I suggest trying a product with CBN in it. CBN is another cannabinoid from the cannabis plant, and it can directly make you drowsy. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

We apologize that Zatural did not have the desired effect you anticipated for your legs. You might want to try an internal CBD product rather than a topical. Taking CBD orally may provide the benefits you're looking for if you have leg pain or restless legs.

“The delivery was sent to the incorrect address. The shipping label was not checked before shipping. I was very lucky I had help from Austrian post who directed me to the correct address that was 1 hour form my place When I placed the order it also wouldn't allow me to order more than two Oils so I had two places two orders . I have been shopping with you for a long time not sure what has happened but I suessget looking into these probelms”
