Nothing positive to say, no customer care, 10 days over estimated delivery still pending on the order.. Can't cancel the order as they put a "Free Digital Comic" on the order to stop any cancellations as you've technically taken an item. No replies to messages you send, Avoid and will not be using again.

Ordered a few lego sets, 25th of Nov, still awaiting dispatch, contacted this company to only receive and automated response. And can't cancel too, well not sure on what to do....

items sit in processing and do not dispatch until a month or more later like the other reviews indicate if you ask to cancel the response is that the order is already part processed. They will send a small cheap item and not send the lego or order that is mostly needed. creates a lot of stress when christmas is 2 months away and item still not dispatched. Zavvi is in the UK and items come from the warehouses there and shipped internationally months later

Once again another issue with this company They are now false advertising Mortal Kombat 4K UHD blu ray for sale but it's out of stock actually as per their company This item is being advertised for sale as we speak and is also available in their 2 for 40 promo. It should not be advertised as so if it's not for sale. This is false advertising to get a sale out of customers. I also noticed it's being advertised for their 2 for £30 4K Ultra HD on their UK sight

During black Friday sale ordered 2 lego sets but unfortunately as per most other negative reviews they're sat awaiting dispatch. Eta 29th nov now Dec 5th and not so much as email from them. Not looking good for xmas

I placed an order for the Star Trek Tri-Dimensional Chess Set on the 19/01/2021 and have yet to receive my item. I have emailed numerous times but get the same, generic almost computerised response, apologising for the delay. I appreciate that the order was initially a 'pre-order' but 11 months is absolutely ridiculous, especially seeing as you can order the same product on Amazon right now, with delivery in only a few days. Avoid Zavvi at all cost and shop elsewhere.

I ordered a top gear Lego , the company have taken my money . When I enquired when I would receive the goods I am told , sorry we are waiting for the stock.you should not sell the goods if you do not have them in store and take the money from a clients account.will not buy or recommend this company.

Slowest dispatch times I’ve ever experienced. I ordered in early Nov and still hasn’t been dispatched. This happened last year but I gave them benefit of the doubt due to pandemic etc. Clearly learnt nothing and way behind schedule still. Very poor.

Bought an adidas Lego shoe set on the 7th November, they took my money immediately. It is now the 2nd December and the product is still “waiting dispatch” I have tried to cancel but they won’t let me. I will be disputing this with my bank - avoid this company like the plague

Absolutely shocking ordered a adidas lego set for my 7 year old son on the 3rd of November and still no parcel you can’t call them i just about got a response via Twitter so I’ve had to inform my bank to get a refund also when you try and cancel a order they want you to write a essay on why! when there service is way below the standard they said it would arrive in 3-5 working days it is the 2/12/21 I would tell anyone to stay well clear of this company because it’s not the first time I’ve heard of issues with Zavvi as I’ve actually done my research about the company now won’t be purchasing anything from them in the future!*

unbelievably delayed delivery, HUTGroup have always been terrible with delivery and customer service. waiting 4weeks+ for a hoodie, will be my last purchase from zavvi

Don't order from Zavvi. Totally rubbish service. Items not delivered weeks after they should have been. Refusing refunds on non delivered items stating I have to wait for delivery, then return them for a refund!!!

Very interesting to see how this company willfully deceives it's customers, through innocuous looking smokescreens and the form of free digital magazines, and less than efficient online chat. I decided to give them a try as they offered the best price on a lego set I wanted to buy as a gift. When I went to the shopping basket, I saw my Lego set, plus a 'free' digital copy o something called "The Lowdown Issue No.6." I neither asked nor wanted this extra item but there was no way to remove it from my basket. Upon ordering the digital magazine was sent to my email address. Now the lego has still not been dispatched, is several days past it's "expected dispatch date" according to Zavvi and when I try to cancel the order I am unable to because part of my order has already been dispatched! Therein lies the devious nature of this 'free' digital magazine. It enables Zavvi to take your money, even if they don't have the product you paid for in stock, and deny you the right to cancel before the product has been dispatched. Very underhanded, very devious.... When I contacted the 'live chat' and asked when my product would be shipped, the helpful adviser responded 'we are unable to provide this information' This is a company which advertises on Youtube. A complete and utter sham of a business. Stay Well Away

If I could give it NO stars I would the worst company I’ve ever purchased from and I won’t be ever again I urge you not to purchase from either. I purchased an in stock Lego item 2nd November for immediate dispatch for a birthday present got an email item will be dispatched 5th Nov. It is now 29th November and still processing ???? I’ve send 6 emails to zavvi asking for dispatch or refund who state each time as it is processing they are unable to refund yet it is not being dispatched either ????? They are still selling them item as in stock when there is obvious supply issues with the item. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company if for a birthday present or especially a Christmas present or you won’t get it or indeed a refund to purchase elsewhere you have been warned. Awful experience

Ordered a Lego product over 2 weeks ago, which has still not been dispatched. The only chat staff are very slow or do not respond. Staff make estimations on when your order will be dispatched, however at this point I’m not sure it will come.. do not order Lego products from this company!!

koop als EU-lid nooit bij Zavvi! Zij claimen op hun website dat er geen extra kosten zijn als EU-bewoner maar niets is minder waar. Een aankoop van 23,45€ krijgt een additionele 22€ voor tax en import. Na contact met de verkoper verwijzen ze fijntjes naar de algemene voorwaarden die anders zijn dan deze op hun FAQ ivm Brexit en verzending. Annulering of terugbetaling worden door hen geweigerd... Laat u niet zoals mij vangen door zo'n frauduleus gedrag
