“Placed on order on 06/02/2020. Was sent delivery notification on 06/28/2020. Still have nor received art. No response from Zellart. No help from the carrier. No help in sight. $420 and two months later - and nothing.”

“I ordered around June 20 and the tracking number link says "Your item has been processed through a facility in KIEV PI-3, UKRAINE at 6:27 pm on June 27, 2020." Today is August 2. This is either an outright scam or highly deceptive business practice. When you order they don't tell you the print comes from Ukraine or that it take months to deliver. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.”

“Like many others I would state this is a well done scam. I'm confident none of the folks claiming they received an art from Zellart actually did. Please share your tracking # showing a delivered package shipped from Ukraine! I will report this internet fraud in few places, I was able to find a report on BBB.gov filed in 2018 when Zellart seemed to list a contact phone # from Iowa state, which was of a different company. Don't buy!”

“I received my canvas prints yesterday I was amazed how well they (3) were packed and wrapped! It took me quite awhile to open it, but it showed me that it was handled and cared for by the staff wrapping it. When I would inquire about my order, Lana would respond to my emails in no time, so thank you Lana, for keeping me informed!”

“The company has beautiful artwork, but if you need to return it, the cost of shipping it back to Ukraine is hundreds of dollars and is placed on the customer and is enormous and more expensive than the value of the product.”

“After about 2 months of waiting, I received my artwork! I ordered it at the beginning of April, and the tracking showed it had left the Ukraine on April 6th. There were no updates until it arrived in the US on May 31st. 3 days later, it was on our door step! Like everyone else, I was afraid I would never receive my print. However, if it normally took about 4 weeks to get to the US, then it is no surprise it took 8 weeks during this pandemic. This company is legit...you just have to be very patient. The artwork is beautiful and was packaged incredibly well - all 5 panels are completely unscathed! I would recommend this company if you are not in a hurry to receive your artwork.”

“I didn't have an option to select 0 stars. I ordered a canvas on April 10th, 2020 and they sent me a bogus shipping number on April 14th. When I was trying to track the shipping number it's showing that the package is in Kiev. I emailed the company many many times and never received a response. I am now working with my credit card company to dispute the charges. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.”

“I think this website is a scam - I would advise not buying from them. I ordered a San Francisco landscape print in early April for $299. A month later the item had not shown up and shipping information was not available. When I emailed the “Contact Us” address, no response. When I tried to contact them through their website, again no response. Luckily my credit card company refunded the charge as fraud. Maybe this is a very official looking website but it has to be fake. Do not buy from them!”
