“I placed an order for artwork and have not received it. I have reached out to the sales team and via Facebook to find out the status of my order. I would recommend not using this company as their support is not good. They don't provide a phone number or contact information on their website or emails you receive.”

“This is a scam.!!! I don't believe any of the good reviews out there and please don't feel for them. They were probably written by owner. Also same issue as everyone else. Received tracking number only so they can charge me but they haven't actually shipped anything to me or given me any time frame.”

“Having same issue as a lot of people on here. My package was "shipped" on 9/10. It's been in Kiev, Ukraine ever since with no updates and no response from customer service. Gotta be a scam.”

“Order number 5685 has been in the Ukraine for weeks. The tracking shows no movement. I have been attempting to get in touch with ANY employee, but not one response. I am disappointed.”

“Abril 2018. This company is a scam. They never respond to any way of contact. Your fictitious tracking number will stay at Kiev , Ukraine for ever. I can assure you that all good reviews should be an scam as well in order to build out a false reputation.”

“Really bad experience, they are a scam company. They sent me a wrong tracking code telling me to contact my post service. No replying to emails, no help. Don't order from these guys.”

“Cannot get a response to an order placed almost two months ago. The last tracking information shows my order to be stuck in Ukraine. The site offers no phone number for customer service and they do not reply to my multiple emails. . I am requesting that Discover credits my account. Beware of potentially bogus sites on the Internet. I never received my order and my credit card was charged.”

“Really disappointed with this company. I made an order and they provide me the wrong tracking number. When I message them repeatedly about their mistake, they just didn't answer anymore. It's been more than 1 month, they didn't reply and I am short 400 euros. Zellart is a scam!”

“Please don’t shop here. They delivered a painting that was completely wrong and refused to respond to any of my emails. This company is a scam. Ignore them. They are based in Ukraine and think they can get away with scaming buyers.”

“Company will take your money and never ship your product. If they do respond to your email, which is rare, they will tell you about other orders from other customers instead of focusing on your order. It is a cut and paste generic response. If you ordered put a fraud alert on your credit card for this company immediately!”
