“The painting arrived damaged. Box and painting was bent and right top side of painting is damaged. Painting is still in original packaging per the photos provided.”

“My order finally came on today. It is a 3-piece canvas. One piece has a scratch that makes it unaccrptable. The print is out of focus and looks smudged except for the red bushes that are in the foreground. We are very disappointed andcwill be returning for a refund.”

“121 days and counting.... Still nothing..... No art we paid for and no refund that has been requested. No communication..... Unacceptable customer service in today's connected world. If you can take our money over the internet, you should be able to communicate with your customers as well.”

“Never purchase from this company if you are located in the US. You will NEVER receive your package. I've been waiting for my package now 30 days and still nothing. According to USPS tracking, it still has not been received by USPS. To make it worse, I have requested a refund 3 times and they keep avoiding the refund.”

“great prices. i would have paid a little more to have the piece in a timely manner. the website and customer service say up to 21 days for shipping, its been almost 8 weeks and i still have nothing. the "oh well" attitude of the customer service department is infuriating.”

“Zellart does not tell you it will take two months to get your items. They don't tell you that you're paying over $100 for small canvases. They charged me four times and I am still paying twice now after disputes for one item. If you don't want a headache and financial loss, don't buy their art. THEY SEND IT THROUGH SNAIL MAIL. There's one person in customer service. As an online company, they're not transparent. Lastly, they told me to contact paypal about getting a refund. I used my credit card and NEVER LOGGED in to paypal to pay.”

“4 months ago I ordered what I thought would be the perfect art piece for my room. Still nothing from this company. I really do not think this piece is going to arrive ever and I just threw away money. Very sad - not a very trusted business at all”

“Placed on order on 06/02/2020. Was sent delivery notification on 06/28/2020. Still have nor received art. No response from Zellart. No help from the carrier. No help in sight. $420 and two months later - and nothing.”

“I ordered around June 20 and the tracking number link says "Your item has been processed through a facility in KIEV PI-3, UKRAINE at 6:27 pm on June 27, 2020." Today is August 2. This is either an outright scam or highly deceptive business practice. When you order they don't tell you the print comes from Ukraine or that it take months to deliver. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.”

“Like many others I would state this is a well done scam. I'm confident none of the folks claiming they received an art from Zellart actually did. Please share your tracking # showing a delivered package shipped from Ukraine! I will report this internet fraud in few places, I was able to find a report on BBB.gov filed in 2018 when Zellart seemed to list a contact phone # from Iowa state, which was of a different company. Don't buy!”
