“Please understand prints come out of Bulgaria or another country. I purchased a $300 print 3/8/24 and never received it. It is lost in the USPS System and the company will not help me locate the back. The customer service person is rude and demanding. Clearly, I will never use this service again but wanted others to know. If there are any issues, the company won’t help you.”

“I cancelled my order right after placing. I was assured a chargeback would be forthcoming. It has been weeks, and I keep getting the runaround. Now I have to dispute the charge with American Express. I would never do business with this company again.”

“I ordered an artwork from zellart, and while it arrived well-packaged, the print was blurry and dark. The customer service was responsive, but ultimately I discovered in order to return it, I needed to ship it back to Bulgaria. This would cost $1200 / $1400 from UPS / USPS, respectively. So effectively there is no way to return the artwork, you are forced to keep it because you’ve accepted the shipment (no recourse via credit card company dispute) and no means to return it. This is a scam, do not buy from this company. I’m not sure how they are still in business.”

“I received a much smaller size than what I had ordered and paid for. Essentially a $200 price difference that I was charged for the wrong size. Unacceptable.”

“1. it took way too long to arrive. 2. We were hits by $100 postal cost upon delivery which was completely unexpected 3. It was damaged and now we have to go through the process of returning.”

“Received my pic, there is a spot on pic that isnt stretched tight, and u can see the wooden frame, as if something laid on it, I sent n email right after I opened it, waited a couple of days, sent another 1, n asked what could be done as I HATE leaving bad reviews, still havent heard anything, so this is where its at”
