“I hadly used my Zendure super pro base 2000 and it broke. When i sended it back it took months before they replaced the product. When i needed the replaced one for the firts time it didnt work or charge. So they have sended me a broken product and now they say its out of warranty time. No replacement or repair service is offerd even at my cost. Its the worst thin i ever bought, a robery of money. The company should be sued!”
“SBP2k-Buyer beware-warranty process dragged out. Zendure sent return labels for FedEx and UPS who will not ship used Li-ion batteries. Then inform me they have no equipment to replace it with and offer a ridiculous discounted refund. I also dealt with Caroline like another reviewer. Awful experience so far.”

I purchased a Zendure iPhone cable, at x4 market price, due to the fact it has a lifetime guarantee on Amazon.
When it stopped working just over two years later, I spent 3 months messaging to a useless person person called Caroline in Just Services, whom not only took over a week to reply to each message, but lied saying order not placed through Zendure's Amazon Store despite providing receipt!!!
They will say anything to get out of fulfilling there commitment to replace cable once broken, and if you trade with this company, I really home your item doesn't need any After Sales, as a bunch of misleading liars!”
“Worst customer service ever , 6 months on never recieved my order , contacted customer service and was asked to wait every time until they just stoped replying at all , spend your money somewhere better where you actualy get what u order , will be filing official complaint and never every buy from zendure again , from other reviews its clear that i am not the only one with not recieving their order”
