“Very pleased with the results. Started skin care regimen 3 weeks ago. Redness was greatly diminished and smoother appearance to skin just within first few days. Didn't feel like I had to wear make-up with family to cover up the redness! Going into week 3 noticing continual improvement. I would recommend the Rosacea skin products (I tried two other brands with only minimal results). I will reorder.”

“I’m a long-time return customer (along with my partner) because we love your products and your customer service has proven to be top notch. A key issue I have is that more than once I’ve been asked to pay duties despite the fact that I had already paid my province’s consumer tax. It looks like attempts had been made to sort this out for Canadian customers (eg, the NAFTA Duty Free stamp on the box), but I’ve still had to pay customs duties. I’ve tried to address this with Canada Customs but they’ve consistently declined to reimburse me. Perhaps ensuring that the invoice with the total amount paid, including taxes, is clearly visible on the parcels would fix that? Another concern of mine is the loss of the Buy 3, Get 1 free deal. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to buy as much as we used to as we used to buy facial cleansers, moisturizers, acne gels, serums, and makeup in bulk. I hope to see it returning soon. “I have had roseaca for about 10 years. The doctor prescribed medications were very drying and unsuccessful at treating my roseaca. This summer was the last straw, my nose looked like raw hamburger and burned all the time. I now have some minor scarring. I decided to try Zenmed , and noticed a gradual change. The burning lessened, the blemishes started to heal and the redness was going away. Then my skin began to peel, so I contacted an online advisor who suggested I try it for one more week, just to let my skin adjust to the product. I have used it for the past 4 months, it does not cure roseaca, but it sure helps me manage the symptoms :)”

“It still feels a little early to give a full review, but overall I'm really enjoying these products (gentle, no residues or heavy scents) and the lack of packaging is a plus; makes me feel good that though I'm buying products they're not overstuffing each item with excessive packaging. I'm still watchful and hopeful for some real skin improvements but understand that there are other lifestyle changes I need to work on which will probably help.”

“i received the product very fast. i have VERY sensitive skin and can not use very much on it. but it was very good on my skin and has not bothered me at all. i got the rosacea treatment. it seems to be slowly taking the redness down. i was using so much foundation to cover up the redness that i was becoming very hopeless. i have noticed a dramatic drop in the amount of makeup i have to put on. the redness was going all the way up my chops and on my forehead. and now i notice its only on my chin and nose. so i am still hoping to see more positive results!”

“Impressed w/ the quality and efficacy, its been only 2 weeks but my skin is more supple and soft to the touch, no inflammation since. (Note: im supplementing with antibio) One of the gel came spilled though. Loosing 1/3 of its convenace but hey at least it got here.”

“I have been using ZenMed products for rosacea for several years now and am happy to report that redness is mostly under control. Mind you, it's not gone completely, but these products work much better than anything else I have tried.
