“This products didn’t work for me at all. Please don’t spend your money or time on this products for Rosacea, my face is still red. Not only do the products don’t work, but the customer service is a joke, they’re rude as hell, specially when it comes down to asking for your refund they get loud, rude and have attitude. Good luck people!”

“Warning of overseas customers. Avoid purchasing as you maybe subject to a large customs charge which Zenmed are uninterested in. They e mail you but you can’t respond to the address. I’m in the UK”

“I ordered ZENMED product a while ago, unfortunately I did not received my product. I contacted Zenmed and they resend me the product but I got the message from the post that i have to pay additional costs of 15,34 pounds. I did not pay it, I did not get my money back, I did not get the product. Im very disappointed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!”

“Their acne line worked for awhile then seemed to stop. I thought I had finally found a product that I could use on my acne and eczema but my acne seemed to have gotten worse. I am impressed that the Zenmed products (save the clearpeel) didn't irritate my eczema! But my main need for for my acne to go away. I really researched these products before taking the huge leap(and investment) in trying them out. A good three months and I have finally decided to quit. Perhaps my skin issues are just too much for the products. I was also using th scar line so perhaps they just aren't made to be used together. I should also say my acne and eczema issues occurred after Inhad my baby. It is hormonal so it seems if you don't have as severe acne and scarring as I do then these products would be a good fit for you. But for me they were not in the end and it is very upsetting. I would have thought for the price they would have been amazing and lasted longer. I have gone back to using my Cetaphil face wash because at least t didn't make my eczema worse.”

“I am not one to usually have sensitive skin. But after a couple days of using my face had a horrible allergic reaction. A week later and now I am finally getting over it. After many days of allergy medicine and lots of moisturizers to keep face from completely drying out. Put items back in mail today. Mind you this cost me 15.50 to ship back to Canada. So basically going to get 16 dollars less on my refund whenever it's received. Just be careful.”

“I had soooooo much hope in the products from this company, but unfortunately so far I’m worse off than when I started. Also, I kept hearing about great customer service. Mine was pretty poor. I had a defective bottle and had questions about using the derma clear pills and as far as online chat goes, it was pretty useless. If anything changes as far as product effectiveness or improved customer service, I will gladly change my review.”

“My husband and I were looking forward to trying this product. It arrived within a few days of ordering. Unfortunately, the product back fired on us. My face, which had no break outs, just mild redness, broke out. My husbands face broke out worse and stung the whole next day. We had to send it back.”

“I bought the Rosacea skin complete treatment set and I am using it for one month now. I see no improvements on the redness of the skin. Too bad. I was charged GST/HST on purchase and when the package was delivered I had to pay again the HST/GST. This makes the product more expensive that I thought. Anybody Knows why?”

“The product smells "bad" and made my face break out in small lumps. I contacted the company about both and exchanged SEVERAL emails - they never answered direct questions and clearly never read my responses. For example they suggested the break out was due to improper use, so I gave a detailed account of my regime. Their response? They don't know why I was breaking out, maybe I wasn't using it correctly, can I tell them how I'm using it? WHICH I HAD JUST DONE IN THE EMAIL THEY WERE RESPONDING TO! The smell lingered to the point that a friend visiting me asked what the "funny" smell was - she could smell the lotion on my skin!!! I returned it and after two follow-ups, received my refund.”

“It took months to receive my Derma Clense tablets after Zenmed send me expired tablets. When I asked for a refund I was told no because the product already shipped. I find it ridiculous that I have to pay so much for something that is 3 months late after I was given expired tablets. This customer service experience has led me to no longer use Zenmed products. Very disappointing!”
