Hi there! I am so sorry you experienced that with our cream. I am thinking that perhaps you were accustomed to using the Oil Free Day Lotion with SPF 30. This was the product that we were having delays on receiving and was listed as SOLD OUT for quite a few months. It is super sheer and provides awesome protection to sensitive skin. “I love the product. I don't like the packaging - I hate that the pump quits 5/8 of the way down so I have to turn the product upside down to finish. And, it is very hard to reorder on the website and use my free points. frustrating.”

“I've been using the B5 Hyaluronic Plumping Serum, L-Ascorbic Booster Serum, and the Omegaceramide+Recovery Moisturizer for about 5 weeks. So far, I have not noticed a difference in my skin's appearance. Unfortunately, I have noticed that my skin feels drier, which surprised me. I'm going to give it another couple of weeks - until the bottles run out - and evaluate at that time.”

“The high def CC powder is great if you can actually apply it. I had mine for about 2 weeks and it all broke up into bits and little clumps go everywhere. Which makes it a bit tricky to put on your brush.”

“I'd been looking for a more natural and gentle approach to getting rid of my acne for years and was happy to find Zenmed. The disappointing thing is, I've been using the acne system according to instructions twice a day for about 45 days now, and my acne has not improved. In fact, sometimes I feel like it's gotten worse. I really wanted this to work, but it hasn't for me. Maybe it's only meant for people with very mild acne.”

“I placed an order and waited and waited. Finally I called the company to find out what had happened to my order. I was told the warehouse was backed up and that my order would be shipped soon. This was two weeks after I had placed the order. That being said, once I received the product, I have been very pleased. My face has cleared up remarkably.”

“I saw a reduction in redness and bumps after week one but after week two he redness was back and worse . The anti-redness mask really broke my face out when I used it. I will return for a refund. I do like the support serum and hope that is not what is causing my very red/very chapped face right now. I will keep using to see if it gets better.”

“Acne gel has helped clear up breakouts but it has not prevented new white head pimples from forming. At first it seemed terrific and shortly thereafter new pimples formed much to my dismay. It doesn't seem to dry out my skin. I use the rosacea serum and day or night cream afterwards. I haven't been using the rosacea spray. Could that be reason for new breakouts? Any suggestions?
