“I purchased the product for my daughter. She instantly said that her skin felt smoother. She has extremely sensitive skin and she has had no problems with irritation. Though she has only used the product for a month, I see an improvement with the number of breakouts. We will continue to use this product and hope for even better results in the weeks to come.”

“For some weird reason, i started breaking out super badly!! I had occasional pimples before but it was never this bad. Used other acne products but they made my face worse. Came across zenmed as i was researching on proactiv. Decided to give it a try since i've read a lot of negative reviews on proactiv... VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. My acne is not fully gone (yet) but this has made my cystic and bumpy acne "flatter" after 2 weeks. I still get new bumps somehow, but not as bad as it was before. I also am supplementing to help my acne (could have helped speed up the process) but i really love this product!! :)”

“I have had roseaca for about 10 years. The doctor prescribed medications were very drying and unsuccessful at treating my roseaca. This summer was the last straw, my nose looked like raw hamburger and burned all the time. I now have some minor scarring. I decided to try Zenmed , and noticed a gradual change. The burning lessened, the blemishes started to heal and the redness was going away. Then my skin began to peel, so I contacted an online advisor who suggested I try it for one more week, just to let my skin adjust to the product. I have used it for the past 4 months, it does not cure roseaca, but it sure helps me manage the symptoms :)”

“I have only been using these products for two weeks, but I am already very impressed with them. My skin hasn't cleared up drastically yet, but my understanding with these products is that you will see steady improvement over time, unlike many drugstore acne products that promise "overnight improvement" but do little for the health of your skin over time. I love the quality of all the products so far and though I haven't seen overnight improvement, my skin feels much healthier! I only gave it a four out of five stars because it took nearly three weeks for me to receive my products because they were backordered. However, their customer service was great and they stayed in communication with me about when my products would arrive and even gave me a discount because it took so long. So far, I'm very impressed!”

“I have had rosacea for 17 years, but in the last year it had become constant and spread around my entire face, with large patches of acne-like and welt-like eruptions. ZENMED's specific products for rosacea really helped to cool things down. My dermatologist has also prescribed Rosiver antibiotic cream, which has had a dramatic effect for now. I was very pleased with the advice provided by ZENMED about how to integrate the cleansing and support system into my routine with the antibiotic (and it was consistent with the dermatologist's and a pharmacist's advice). The products are very helpful, though in my case did not completely relieve the symptoms.”

“I ordered a few different products and some I really like while others don't seem to help my rosacea at all. The gentle cleanser is mild and leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. It also seems to have relieved my red spots at least as well, if not better than, the metronidazole prescription cream I was using. I also like the AVT cream although I feel it a bit thick for summer daytime use. I may like it better in winter and I need to research if there's a lighter weight daytime moisturizer with similar ingredients. The moisturizer with SPF 30 seems a little greasier, but not irritating and, while I prefer an all natural sunscreen, it feels better on my face than some of the natural ones I've tried with titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. I do NOT care for the support serum because of the overwhelmingly powerful rose scent. It does dissipate after a few minutes, but I hate rose scent so much that I have an aversion to putting it on my face where I'll smell it even more! Last, and also not a favorite of mine, was the nutrient boost spray. I feel like it didn't do anything at all and possibly may have even increased the red spots on my face. So, in summary I really love the cleanser, like the AVT cream but wish it was not so heavy and I do feel that I've gotten some relief for the inflammation on my face.”

“I love your products and your service. I only have one complaint and you know about this. It seems when I make a bigger order I always have a problem with the Canadian Border Services pulling the package and charging handling costs of $9.95 to charge PST and GST. You seem to only charge GST on my order. The problem is that I now have to get my partner to scan the import form to send to you just to get $9.95 back. The import form is so well glued to the package that it ripped apart trying to get it off. Thanks for your consideration and all your great service”

“I'm 35 and had suffered from cystic acne. After 3 weeks of using the Dermacleanse kit, the old acnes were healed and I have not had new ones. My skin has dried a little bit so I am waiting for the oil-free lotion and see if it can balance out the dryness. It was out-of-stock when I ordered my first kit but the Dermacleanse cleanser, toner and gell work really great!”

“I have been using the ZenMed products for about three weeks and can already see a difference in my rosacea. The bumps are gone and I’m waiting for the redness to diminish and disappear. I started with three of the sensitive skin products and ordered more of the line for the deep redness in my skin. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that these additional products will speed up the process and I will be seeing clearer skin soon. I’ve tried many products and procedures to address the rosacea and haven’t seen results that have been comparable to the ZenMed products.”

“I’ve been using the Serum for close to 15 years. It is a life saver if you have Rosacea. I am continually frustrated by the bottles and pumps as ultimately the bottom 1/4 is difficult to access and therefore wasted. I have sent emails but never have received a reply. a squeez tube, like toothpaste would be a better solution.”

“i received the product very fast. i have VERY sensitive skin and can not use very much on it. but it was very good on my skin and has not bothered me at all. i got the rosacea treatment. it seems to be slowly taking the redness down. i was using so much foundation to cover up the redness that i was becoming very hopeless. i have noticed a dramatic drop in the amount of makeup i have to put on. the redness was going all the way up my chops and on my forehead. and now i notice its only on my chin and nose. so i am still hoping to see more positive results!”
