“Using rosacea line (cleanser, serum, toner, and night cream). Very gentle. Keeps my rosacea flare ups down. My recommendations to the company would be to keep the flyers sent with products up to date (they don't always match online), improve the navigation on the site a little, eliminate the international fee (I am from the US), and if a return was needed that a prepaid shipping label be provided (a rare requirement, but sometimes a new product just doesn't work for me).”

“I currently use the Facial Cleansing Gel, AVT Cream, Omegaceramide Moisturizer, and AHA/BHA Complex. I love all of these products and my face, which has acne and rosacea, has cleared up considerably. I love how all of these products make my face feel. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the moisturizers are so expensive and I usually have to wait for deals to order them. I wish all of these that I use were included in a kit.”

“I've been using the zenmed combo skin pack for about two weeks now and have noticed a marked improvement in my skin. Reduced redness and new breakouts diminished. The salicylic acne treatment gel really held reduce the size and severity of current breakouts. Customer service is excellent with very quick response. My favorite part is that they use natural ingredients and no essential oils as my skin is very sensitive to most products. I'm actually excited and dedicated to using these products and will be checking out the rest of the range.”

“I’m a long-time return customer (along with my partner) because we love your products and your customer service has proven to be top notch. A key issue I have is that more than once I’ve been asked to pay duties despite the fact that I had already paid my province’s consumer tax. It looks like attempts had been made to sort this out for Canadian customers (eg, the NAFTA Duty Free stamp on the box), but I’ve still had to pay customs duties. I’ve tried to address this with Canada Customs but they’ve consistently declined to reimburse me. Perhaps ensuring that the invoice with the total amount paid, including taxes, is clearly visible on the parcels would fix that? Another concern of mine is the loss of the Buy 3, Get 1 free deal. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to buy as much as we used to as we used to buy facial cleansers, moisturizers, acne gels, serums, and makeup in bulk. I hope to see it returning soon.
