“I thought the order process was very good. Once I placed the order, I received an email stating that there would be an additional charge for delivery and to have the pieces taken off the truck which I was surprised to hear. Thank goodness we had a loading dock and some guys here to unload it. Other than the additional charges for delivery, I was pleased with our purchase.”

“Nothing I can think of. I found what I needed immediately. Placed the order. Paid for the order. Got e-mail confirmation and shipping e-mail, and the package arrived exactly two days after I ordered it. I had gone to several office supply stores here and looked everywhere for the accordion a-z file with an unusual size and could not find it anywhere. I searched google and Zerbee came up and there it was. I've added Zerbee to my favorites for any unusual supplies I may need. Thank you very much.”
