The problem with shipping is your company doesn't listen. I was informed that you put my order on hold because you ship via UPS and that UPS doesn't ship to a PMB number. I receive shipments all the time to that PMB number and when I informed your company of that they said I had to be responsible for the shipment being returned if needed. I said OK, you shipped, I received. At 2 different times I asked that your employee contact UPS and get your policy correct. UPS will ship to a PMB# but not to a POB#. So my suggestion is someone *** looks into this and change your policy.

I received the product Alera Sedina Walnut and was unhappy with the product. The website description did not accurately describe the color or material. I called Zerbee to return and was unhappy with the customer service. I will not order from your company again.

I ordered 15 boxes of Nabisco 100 calorie Chips Ahoy packets (6 per box). They arrived about 10 days after I ordered, around Sept 8. Half of the boxes had a "sell by" date of Aug 15 and the other half Aug 29. In other words, your supplier sent me $*** worth of expired product. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with either one of you again.

I called and was talked to very rudely by your customer service lady when inquiring about why my order was canceled. Might as well have a recorded message telling people to buy thru ***, at least the recoding isn't rude. Unsatisfied, will not be purchasing through this website again.

I refused the package and it went back. I am waiting for my refund!!!\n I called to cancel my order less than 24 hours after placing it, but it had been shipped. The person who answered my call was anything but customer service oriented and I had the most awful experience in dealing with this company - ever! I sent an email and have not heard a word back and now you ask how I like the product. ?!?!?\nI expect a full refund for all my trouble. If you don't treat the customer right you will find yourselves unsustainable. You will not last. ***

Order confirmation received on 8/02/2017. UPS tracking shows no movement in 11 days. This is unacceptable. Contact me for resolution.

I ordered left handed spiral note books and left handed scissors. I received the note books quickly, but the scissors were not in the box. When I placed this order, your site said you shipped via UPS. No where did it say that you also shipped via USPS. So, I gave you my physical address for shipping, not knowing you would ship the scissors via USPS. I do not receive ANY mail at my physical address via USPS, and do NOT even have a mail box at my house. I feel terribly ripped off. Thanks for nothing. I won't order anything from you again!

Promised delivery on two different days and no body showed up. \n\nI stayed home the first day all day waiting for the delivery and when none came and we called and they said they have not received the desk. We are not sure why they would schedule a delivery if they don't have the item.\n\nBecause of all these, *** promised a credit but we have not even seen that.\n\nFor such a poor service, we request that at least the delivery charge should be credited.

It would be nice if you actually hired a shipping company that brings the product to our door. We ordered a large desk and are located on the third floor of the building.. the driver said he wouldn't bring it upstairs.. so he left it on the first floor and we had to carry it up ourselves.\n\nTherefore, I would not order from your company again.

I have been trying to return a paper shredder that does not perform as advertised. When I receive a reply from this comany regarding my return request its rude and gives me no guidance as to hiw to proceed wuth my return. My last reply said we are obviously not open on weekends we get back to you. That was 5 days ago.

I will never order from zerbee again. You had an incorrect price on 3 items, and although you website states "In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect product information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price." you did not call me to cancel the order. You shipped it anyways, and shorted me 72 folders. This is unacceptable, seeing as you were unwilling to refund me for returning the products and my original shipping charge of $10. I will be sure to post my reviews on every website I can so everyone knows that it is risky to order from you because you won't get what you order, and then you are unwilling to make it right with the customer. Not to mention, the 3 folders I did receive were bent because they were packaged poorly.

I ordered 20 small plastic pencil/crayon boxes. The first box arrived almost immediately but only 3 pencil boxes were in the box. Two more boxes arrived about one week later. Five boxes were in the second box and the remaining 12 were in the 3rd box. One box was completely broken (in pieces). Why couldn't you ship it all at once? It was baffling to me that I receive my order in three installments. I can't say I was impressed and the quality of the boxes wasn't what I'd hoped for. The product itself isn't very good quality so I am anticipating breakage once students start to use them. I am disappointed and I asked in an email to replace the one box that came broken.
