“If you could let the customer know which items will be arriving in a separate shipment, that would be great. Sometimes, my packing slip lists an item I ordered, but it's not in that box and it arrives a day or two later. Multiple shipments is fine; it would just be nice to have an accurate record of what is coming when and which items arrived in the box(es) received.”

“The product itself is great and I've never had an issue with pricing or delivery. But this time when I went to order my credit card was repeatedly declined saying that the billing address was wrong. After I called customer service it turned out that the billing address was fine - I hadn't entered a phone number.”

“I was lead to Zerbees because of their consistent low prices on the products I use. I am extremely satisfied with the consistent prices as well as the quality of their products. They have the brand name products I am looking for as well as numerous other options/offers. The checkout process is clean and streamlined making checkout fast and easy. Every order I have placed has been received the next day as it was promised which was also a significant factor in placing my orders with Zerbee. Would definitely recommend to others.”
