“Very good prices and friendly customer service. Replaced my rain damaged order. However I had asked if I had to send back my damaged order for the replacement and was told that wasn't necessary. However, after 10 days, when my replacement order hadn't arrived I called back and they said they needed my damaged goods. Not a problem but the poor information delayed the replacement order.”

“Your service was excellent! Everything arrived as ordered within two days. \n\nIt did take more than an hour to do the order on line (5 items). the pages load extremely slowly, and the search function is really tough to use efficiently. For example, I never did find the HP 60XL cartridges; I'm not certain if you don't carry them or I gave up too soon, but I did purchase elsewhere. I would have preferred to order everything from one place . . . in about ten minutes. That being said . . . your prices and free shipping made up for it.”
