“I'm very happy with my purchase of a tempered glass chair mat from ZerBee. Price was great, the quality and functionality of the Floortex tempered glass mat is amazing. Shipping was surprisingly fast too - having a distribution site in the city where I lived certainly helped, but the overall experience ordering from ZerBee was fantastic - will definitely order from them again!”

“Our company placed an order on 8-3-16 with *** in Customer Service. We found out the next day that the order was an emergency with our customer in which we had to re-purchase for shipment that day with a retailer. *** assisted us in the process of trying to do everything possible to appease our customer and certainly went above the assigned task with the utmost professionalism. Although we are still dealing with this order, she is making our experience much easier to deal with. We want to extend a heartfelt "Thank You" for her excellent customer service assistance!”

“When calling customer service I ask for the person's name so I know who my contact is.\nI am satisfied with their support and customer service always. “We needed to provide a physical address instead of a PO box number. This was written at the bottom of a notice - but it was small and hard to see. In fact, I missed it in the first two notices.\n\nIt would have been helpful to have the physical address up easy to find and the problem statement better highlighted.”
