Gave tracking number and received no updates stated it was shipped on the 21st of June have still not received my product. Very poor service.\n

Product was DeLauro several days without any notice. I had to email to be advised of reason. Shipped in pieces. Final shipment was poorly packed in evelopes and over 50% damaged. I had to prepare summary of damages by ups # in order to get adjusted. Asked for management contact never received. Never order again and would never tecommend to anyone. Poor service and passed blame to shipper claiming no control only a retailer not a warehouse.\n

have been ordering from you religiously for 3 years. After my latest order of printer ink, I requested 6 rolls of adhesive labels (delivered this winter) *** to be returned. Customer serv rep *** denied my request.\n\nI will be ordering office supplies from another distributor with a bit more suitable standards for loyal clients. Due to this occurrence I will be advising my other business to stop ordering from you as well.\n\n

Not as advertised. the roll was 48" wide, but they are not connected! Really just 4 12' strips.

When I spoke with the representative (***) on the phone on Wednesday 3/14/18 to order some boards, I expressed to him the urgency in getting them and explained to him that I needed them for a presentation to my management team. I explained I was ordering one and once I received it and evaluated it, I would order more and it was my understanding when we got off the phone that I would receive the boards that Friday. The following Monday morning when I contacted *** due to the fact I had not received the board he said he would check on it. I didn't heard anything back until Tuesday when I received an email the board had shipped and I finally received it Thursday afternoon 3/22/18. \n\nI feel this was handled very sloppy and unprofessional, *** this could have been a huge account for your company but due to the mishandling of one product I have seen I can't depend on your service so we will not be placing any further orders.

My order was delivered unpackaged and damaged. At my request, another item was delivered to replace the initial order. That too was in the same condition as the first. A refund given for the order.

We ordered 6 cases of item *** and 90% of the reams came in damaged. In the past I have received an item or two damaged but now it is happening way to often and that is a problem.

You have great product line but your website is s jungle. \n\nNavigating is slow. \n\nCheckout is impossible. Cart is difficult to access. Impossible to make changes. The result was you duplicated my order. My reaction to the experience was it wasn?ÇÖt worth the effort to complain since up front you tell me you don?ÇÖt accept returns - a bad omen. Tthanks for letting me vent.

I have yet to receive my order and when I called customer service I was given the shipping company name and number to handle myself. When I bought this item, I thought the shipping would be followed through. I am not sure yet if I haven?ÇÖt been ***. I lost all my office furniture in the Hurricane harvey flood and had to buy new. Not the way I wanted this to turn out. I don?ÇÖt even know if I like the product I ordered to review it. Very very disappointed with this company and will never order again or recommend them. Would have been lovely if they just made sure I received my product and acted as if they cAred when I called. I don?ÇÖt like the fact that it is non refundable.

I called to ask if they had a product & I was told yes. Ordered 2 of that same item and I got 2 wrong items. Now I have to get it sent back! Make sure I get my refund.

We purchased a locking file drawer and it arrived without a key. Has a lock, but no key. You can see where this might be a problem.

Actually had called to place a large order however due to when I called and ask if the person could take an order she immediately said no. only if I was having trouble online would she take the order. Told her I did not want to put my cc on file however she decided not to take the order. After searching for the one product I did order from you it was only due in part it was the cheapest. Thanks and please remove me from future contacts

i'm currently sitting here waiting for my item.\nI'm losing a day's pay waiting for a delivery truck after my item was first shipped to a trucking company that doesn't even deliver to my area, \nThen, after countless phone calls, i accidentally found a number for the shipper that now has my item. \nIt's 3:30 and I've been here since 9am, i called the shipper and they say they can't get in touch with the driver.\n(At this point, I don't think i could be more dissatisfied with Zerbee than i am right now.\nEspecially as I feel that had I not inquired initially about why my original tracking info wasn't working, my shipment would still be in a Newark, NJ warehouse.)
