The delivery was fast, less than a week. I ordered six cases; two of them broke open. There was no harm to the product, so no problem. I plan to buy more bags from Zerbee when we use these up."

It took a month to get them because they had to be custom built, so that wasn't Zerbee's fault. So far I'm very pleased with the bookcases.
