“My items arrived in several packages (65 sharpies in 3 boxes) which was odd. One package would've been fine. As a result of multiple packages, I received way too many notifications/emails about my order with being shipped, having separate tracking numbers, etc. The items did arrive quickly and were in good condition. Paying for shipping is something I'd rather not do when competitors offer free shipping often.”

“The only thing that bothered me was the fact that you would not allow me to use the coupon you sent me as an incentive to sign up for your services. I realize there were stipulations on the coupon (after I signed up) but it is a bit misleading.”
