Great website but still waiting for my order!

I have written 2 emails and made 3 phone calls in an attempt to understand where my order is. My credit card has been debited 5 days ago and I have yet or receive an acknowledgement to 2 messages left on your answer phone that is never manned. The service has been appalling . I await your response . I have even called your Zest shop in Nottingham, who I believe have also emailed you. Please can you respond The service has been

Some of items I ordered were out of stock but you took my money and didn't tell me. I only found out with a hand written not on the item I did get. No indication when I am likely to receive the other items. Based on this experience I won't be shopping with Zest again!

I live in Sydney, Australia and placed an order online 10 days ago as my usual online supplier was out of stick of the item I needed. I received email confirmation and was able to register to view my order / account online. I was advised that I would be sent an order tracking number after dispatch. On the website the order is still showing as 'processing' but I have received no update as to what is happening or any estimated date when the order will be fullfilled and sent. I have now had to email Zest requesting this information. Payment was via Paypal and collected immediately so it is extremely poor that I have received no order update in 10 days!

On receiving my products they had leaked during transit. The Face Wash had leaked, wasting my expensive product and the postal bag and my other product were saturated.

I have an order number, Royal Mail as the shipping Company, however still haven't been given a shipping date after 15 days since ordering. Can you tell me what date the product was shipped please? Thanks.

After waiting 4 weeks and still not receiving my delivery I contacted customer service. It took them around 2 days to respond, I did get offered a refund which was great, however it's been a week since first contacting customer service and still no refund yet. Turn around on responses takes too long

i never received tracking information or a confirmation email confirming that my package was sent, after having read an email that said this information would be sent to me.

Still awaiting delivery on one product (from an order of two) 10 days after ordering. Quite happy to communicate that one product dispatched (which thankfully arrived in time for Christmas), but absolutely no communication on the other. I think if it wasn't in stock then that should have been made clear at the time of ordering - naughty if that was the case. Tried telephoning no answer. Emailed, as yet no reply, other than this request to write a review!

I placed an order over a week ago to take on holiday which has not arrived in time. Perhaps my expectations were too high! I am accustomed to getting orders from online retailers within a week at the most.

It was about 10 days after placing order that I received first contact from Zest - an automated email saying my order was schedule for delivery. No time frame, not even approximate. Pretty poor. I'm left guessing.

Bought NIOD CAIS, which has yet to arrive, never received an email informing it was dispatched. No tracking number, the site doesn't recognize my email, so I have no idea of the status of my order
