“Completely unsatisfied with Zest I placed an order in December 2022 and now its Feb 23 and I have not received my goods, each time I send an email to the customer service team they say it will be shipped shortly. Like myself so many others have placed orders months ago and have not received their goods. Zest stop taking innocent peoples money!”

“You have good products at a good price, but I got nervous when I hadn't received a confirmation email of my order after a week or delivery within your 7 days advertised. I asked you to confirm when delivery would be made. I received an automated email informing me that my order was delayed by a further two weeks I looked at your trust pilot rating and that only made me more anxious that I had made a mistake to trust you, along with finding out that you had already been bankrupted. I asked to cancel the order, but again I did not receive a response so I had begun to take action through my bank. I have now received the order but the whole experience which caused me an anxious time does mean that I have concluded that I value great customer service over a cheap price. So I won't be returning and I would never recommend you. Take care, make the necessary reviews of your customer service and I wish you well. Amanda”

“Ich habe vor einigen Wochen eine Bestellung getätigt. Meine Kreditkarte wurde umgehend mit dem Betrag belastet. Ich habe aber weder eine Bestellbestätigung noch sonst eine Info bezüglich meiner Bestellung erhalten, geschweige denn die Ware! Bitte um unverzügliche Stellungnahme!
