Hard to review, do not know if my order has been sent. My e-Mail inquiring about status has not been answered. All i know is that order has been charged to creditcard. So writing a review at present time would not be fruitfull.

I am still waiting for my order from the 260517, understood from customer services that bank holidays cause delays but the order is still processing as of the 05.06 ,but of course the money was cleared from my bank account last week , waiting for goods just shy of 100.00£

Extremely slow at dispatching orders.. ordered the 20th May and haven't received my products yet .

Sadly, my money was taken straight away for my order as I expected, however, I was told it would be shipped within a few days, sadly that never happened. I did speak via email with customer care and they told me it will be shipped soon...... When is soon, I have no idea. I just know I have not received any goods as yet. Calling the customer care number is probably very ineffective.

I ordered on the 10th of May. Although they said delivery may be delayed it is now the 22nd may. It's a very long delay.

Order took 12 days to arrive. When chased i received no response to my email and nobody answered the phone. I managed to get someone on the online chat who advised there had been a delay in Ultrasun and this was the reason. It would of been nice to get a response or an update without having to keep chasing. Product did arrive in the end, just before we left for holiday.

Special cleansing gel arrived with broken nozzle. Box had not been tampered with.

I still haven't received my products 8 business days later & have had no update on when I will receive them.. The only reason I gave 2 stars is case of price.. But that will be incorrect if I don't receive my order soon

I really wanted to enjoy the product I bought and give a good review. I was really hoping to make Zest beauty my new go-to site for all things beauty. Unfortunately, 2 weeks after placing my order, it has yet to be processed let alone ship. I paid for shipping; I should of had it by now. I contacted customer service, and yes, they were quick to respond with a reason why there was a delay, but I should have been notified of a shipping delay before purchasing and paying for shipping costs.

First of all the order was not shipped within the time period I was not advised of the delay until I chased then when the order arrived today 2 of the items were missing from the package the delivery note had a pencil mark of disc but there was /has been no other notification about this and no confirmation that I wont be charged for these items as the full cost is being shown on the despatch note. I have twice tried to speak to someone on the phone but there is no one to answer the calls. I am waiting a response to my email.. I have used Zest before and not had a problem but will be thinking twice before using them again in the future.
