I won’t be using Ziffit/ Inpost again. Now made four attempts to drop off. Either system not working (John Lewis Ipswich) or full. It will be courier or a different book dealer next time. The box still sits on the back seat of my car…….:shame as always liked Ziffit. What is wrong with dealing with a person at drop off????

I used the InPost option for the first time. Tracking it through their email says it has arrived at Ziffit. But had no confirmation recieved email from either you or InPost. And heard nothing further. The old system was better and I always got paid with no problems.

Firstly, the courier you are using wasted my time. They didn’t turn up on the date they promised to collect the boxes and they alleged that they turned up, but they’ve been told that the boxes were not ready, which is simply untrue. After a lengthy chat with the customer service, another collection was booked and thankfully this time the courier actually turned up. Secondly, as it happens in almost every Ziffit trade, once again Ziffit didn’t pay for at least one item, saying it wasn’t received. This is very cheeky and almost always the “missing” item is one of the higher value items. Does Ziffit really need to do this kind of cheap tricks?

I have dropped off an order 6795718 at an in post drop off a week ago and as far as I can see nothing has happened. Compared to music magpie you are extremely slow

My last 2 trades I have had large numbers of books “not sent”. I pack straight into the box and they were well sealed. Yes customer services promptly sent me the money when I asked but having asked twice I am reluctant to use this service as it looks like I am pulling a scam!! I do house clearance so regular books so a shame. But 16 missing items last time that just fell Out of the box in transit. How does that happen? You need to make it clearer that books need to be pristine. Vintage books are rarely like that and although you accept then they get rejected unless they look like new.

I hve used ziffit many times, but on this and previous occasion I had quite a few items refused. On one this time it was due to "pages being dirty". well I really don't remember that and due to the vintage of the bok I would not expect them to be pristine. I always do a visual check and wouldn't submit them if I didn't hink anyone woul refrain from buying it on visual inspection. Thsi wa particualalry annoying as it was te most "valuable" sell in those that i had submitted

Finally completed this trade without problems. I had completed several previous trades and pressed "complete trade" only to be advised that two or three items could then not be accepted. Also multiple items were only being accepted at 10p each and ten items showed a total of only approx £1.30. I followed the ziffit website advice and deleted history and cookies which seems to have worked and allowed this trade to be completed!

Very disappointed. Dealt with them before without issue. This time they stated they haven't received items which i know were packed in the box which was collected by the courier in the usual way. It then took them 12 days to initiate my payment. It was only after I queried it did they send the money. I asked them what has happened to the items they say weren't received as I know full well these items were packed in the box but I've still not had an explanation. I feel like I've been ripped off.

I have used Ziffit several times and been happy with the service but this last trade was disappointing. I got less than the offer price as it said 2 books were not received. They were sent, I tick them off a list as I pack them in the box. Also rejected 2 books, fair enough for one which may have been too old but the other appeared to be a hardback in reasonable condition. Not had an issue like this before with Ziffit.

Not receiving labels by email--- whyyy??? Weight of box too light border to home Collection I am not home and can't wait all day for collection Inpost slot always full for days so I have to come back with boxes

Traded a few times now and always manage to lose a book to get out of paying, saying item not received. Its not as if they pay that much in the first place or take everything.

Your service, collection and speedy payment is good. However you paid £2 less than agreed and you now pay so little for many recent hardbacks in excellent condition that I feel trading with you is not worth the effort, I would rather give my books away.

Again said they did not receive one book in my shipment again. They have corrected it in the past but no reason to not count all the books in one box. Take a picture of your order before you send it in

Great way of recycling books when it works. I had some books accepted by the app but when I came to trade about 10 minutes later 3 were rejected. Luckily I was still above the minimum limits unlike the last trade when the same process meant that all the books could not be sent
