Mark and Nico did a great job of keeping me informed throughout service provided. Responded quickly and returned my vehicle in same condition as I left it.

Initial check wasn't value added as my brakes were estimated as "fair" only to have their status downgraded after service. Also, I don't think they actually rotated my tires as advertised.

I really liked the details on the inspection report that was done and sent to me over email. Good to have that info and good to know all that stuff was checked. The free mints (surprise!) when I got my car back was a nice touch too.

A case of grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory. The oil change itself was fine and I liked the reports and prompt follow up. But the report noted my brakes needed doing. I was told I could bring it in on Fri, park, check in with my car's location and it will be taken care of by noon. I made a special effort to get my car in early at 8:10AM to best allow this to happen. At 10:20AM I noted my car hadn't moved. I reached out and was told the tech could find my car or even the keyosk with the keys! He's new apparently. So initially a positive experience, but the follow up leaves me frustrated and less likely to use in the future.

I like the digital communications with pictures / screenshots. The tech provided pad sizes for each brake which I provided to my dealership (I purchased a lifetime brake replacement warrantee). I could leave work whenever I wanted, didn't need to meet a tech to get a pushy sales pitch for more services. Tech recommendations were clearly articulated in email.

Love that I can just drive to work and have things like my tire pressure, fluids, and wiper blades fixed up for me while I work. SO convenient. Not to mention I get frequent updates and choices on what is done to my car throughout the day. I love Zippity!
