I had a very good first experience. I drive my daughter's car to work with the hope of charging her dead battery, when I arrived the battery was still dead. It was a great relief to see that Zippity was on site that morning so I made an appointment online. The service was awesome, you all found my car and swapped out the battery for a more than reasonable cost, I never had to leave the building - I am very happy and have been recommending Zippity to my coworkers and family - nice work.

Technology aspect of the whole process is great, website, email notification texts etc. Very efficient. Great time saving idea, whoever came up with that kudos to that person. Highly recommending to all my colleagues and friends. Service cost can be a little better, it is in line with most places but for those who are looking for upgraded service like premium oil change etc. Individuals looking for basic oil change might not find that with Zippity but again they can save a good amount of time and hassle.

I first tried Zippity for an oil change about one month ago. The assistance and communication was like nothing I ever experienced with a car service company. The convenience of being able to leave my car on-site and have it serviced while I work is fabulous! I no longer need to waste time on the weekend to have my car maintenance performed. When the mechanic completed the oil change, he returned my car keys to the locked box in the lobby and I received an electronic notification that the service was done. The price was reasonable and the mints they left me were a great personal touch. My latest experience has gone above and beyond my expectations and I felt compelled to write to tell you about it. Yesterday morning, my car wouldn’t start when I was getting ready to leave for work and I suspected that I needed a new battery. I remembered that Wednesday was a day that Zippity was on-site. I visited the website to attempt to make an appointment but all the slots were filled. A chat box on the website opened and I typed my problem. An automated message replied and told me that I would receive a response when they opened at 9 a.m. This was understandable. After all, it was around 6:45 a.m. However, within minutes, Nico replied and said that he thought he could fit me in and that he was reaching out to his technician. After about 10 minutes, Nico let me know that it was no problem to bring my car in and they’d take care of it that day. I was delighted! This meant that I didn’t have to wait for a local shop to open and make arrangements for a battery installation and get into work late. When I arrived to the top of the 500 garage, the technician greeted me and he explained that he’d look my car over to be sure that only the battery needed replacement. I didn’t miss a meeting or any work because of Zippity’s fast action and incredible customer service. So, ultimately, I want to say thank you to whoever has brought Zippity to us and offered such a great service to Fidelity on-site. Car repairs and maintenance are certainly on the low end of my priority list but having it right here makes the task tolerable!

The team was very nice and courteous. Would work with again but wish you provided a transmission fluid change service. I tried asking the online live chat but it took several hours to get a response so I just decided to move on.

My first experience with using Zippity and I wasn't sure what to expect but the service really exceeded my expectations! Robert did a fantastic job and was very thorough with the health check, which is greatly appreciated! Will definitely be a repeat client as I love the thoroughness, timeliness and the fact that I can free up some time on the weekend by having this done while at work. Thank you, thank you :)
