“I REALLY appreciate that Owen and Nico helped me put on my new license plates. I had been trying for days to remove the bolts without success. My temporary plates had expired and the new ones were inside the car (waiting for the cop to pull me over!). Two things demonstrated Zippity's outstanding customer service: 1) Owen noticed the plates and correctly identified a need; and 2) Nico promptly contacted me to ask if Owen could attach them. I was thrilled to be asked have this addressed. THANK YOU OWEN AND NICO!!”

“constructive feedback - the text alerts come in as separate messages and a lot of time are out of order, also a pain to have to park in the far lot during the winter but I understand that. Very very great service provided here, 10 out of 10 would recommend and will be using again. Brilliant business idea.”
