Very convenience and not anymore expense then if you went to valvoline or some place like that.

Zippity was extremely convenient, and it was great that I could use the July promo code to save some money. The discount on the price was definitely the most appealing aspect of the service (besides convenience of course!). Alex and Chad did an awesome job on my car, and leaving little things like the air freshener and mints in the car were a great touch! I'll definitely recommend Zippity to others, and keep them in mind for my future maintenance needs.

It was good. Zippity staff communicated with me all the steps through email/texts messages. I feel like I am in full control what happens to my car, at the same time I did not miss a minute of my work!

The only negative I would offer is the fact that carquest oil filter and gulf oil were used. Maybe the quality is great, but I would prefer to use known brands like Fram/Castrol

Responsiveness was excellent and my car was ready on time, but only one of the issues I brought it in for was fixed. The metal-on-metal grating of the brakes was fixed, but the scraping sound while driving (independent of the brakes) is still there. It's almost like a "clackity-clack" noise but with a "scrape" or "scratch" instead of a "clack.

I'm extremely happy with the Zippity service - I can't say enough about how smoothly it went and how convenient it is. The prices are competitive as well, so it's a no-lose for me. I will continue to use Zippity, and have highly recommended it to my co-workers. My only constructive criticism is that I was told that my brakes need service soon - which I know, but the technician didn't tell me what percentage of the brake pads are left. I'm used to being told 50%, 30%, etc. Otherwise, I'm about as happy as can be - thanks so much for an innovative and wonderful service !!!

Great concept at a reasonable price. Communication was excellent, and all worked out really well. But there are a few details that could help move you into a different league. 1) My car was not in the spot where I had parked when I went to pick it up. It was not real far away but I did have to look for it for a few minutes; 2) Valve stem caps were not the same ones that were on the car when I parked it, and one was missing at the end; 3) Put all 4 tires in the tire bags and tie the bags loosely. Otherwise, it looks messy. These are small details but, presuming the big stuff is done well, would make it a better customer experience.
