I found this to be a very positive experience. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and really convenient, requiring very little rearranging of my schedule and routine. I received regular and prompt communication throughout the day. I will definitely use the service again. Thank you.

Basic oil change was a about 18% pricier than I'm used to, but the 15% off promo coupon made up for the difference. I suppose that's just the price of convenience. Over all happy with the experience, will recommend.

Great benefit to have car serviced while at work It took 2 weeks to get appointment for lot where I park, but there was no major urgency to the service. If I had been in a hurry, it would have been a bigger problem

The communication throughout the day was excellent. I knew exactly what was being done and was instantly updated on all progress. One improvement is a better parking location that is more convenient to all Waters employees.

As I started off to head home for the night after my long day of work I saw a Zippity guy working on someone else's car in the Zippity trailer. I said thank you but he didn't hear me because I was a few hundred feet away. Then I said it much louder and the guy ran to the side of the trailer and raised his hand saying (He was a little overlie excited btw lol): I'M SO HAPPY TO HAVE HELPED YOU OUT WITH YOUR CAR HAVE AN AWESOME NIGHT MAN!!!!

The convenience is unprecedented. The customer service was amazing. Great detail and was always in communication on my options, and great detail on what can and cannot wait to be fixed, how long things will take. Extremely knowledgeable. I could text too, which was convenient while working. The Keydrop was more cumbersome than useful for me. I'd rather there be a keybox where I'm parking, or close to it or the mobile garage. It was on the opposite side of our global headquarters and took me 15-20 minutes to find. I was told there were other options but when signing up that was the entrance I was assigned.

Excellent communication. There were additional services recommended and Henry E. immediately got on the phone with me to talk it through. My brakes felt great on the way home yesterday! Job well done!
