Pro: great communication, decent pricing, tremendous convenience. Con: I did have trouble identifying the drop-off box for my keys so maybe more descriptors for where the key boxes are located.

My experience was a case of, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." After making an appointment for a standard oil change and free 12 point inspection and applying coupons, my total cost was around $11. Great! I honestly expected to be upsold on a few things and that's what happened. On the day of service the technician emailed me suggesting I sign up for a premier service package at $79. I declined and asked if he could just simply change my oil. He wrote back and said my manufacturer recommends synthetic oil instead of petroleum so my oil change would actually be $79 but after applying coupons it would only be $40! I replied that petroleum 5W-30 oil is perfectly safe according to my owners manual and would not void the warranty as explicitly stated in the manual. He refused to use it, claiming Zippity cannot use alternative oil, only the recommended oil (synthetic). My car has never had synthetic oil. Even after I said I give permission to use 5W-30 petroleum oil and I assume all risks, and explaining the difference between RECOMMENDED and REQUIRED, and that I've been using petroleum oil for 3.5 years, he refused. So, no oil change. What a waste of time. You would think when I signed up for a regular oil change on the website including the make, model and engine type for my car this nonsense would have been made known to me, but instead they try to upsell you after you've dropped your car off and "it's already on the lift", yada, yada, yada. Terrible sales model. It's a shame. Great idea but the same old hard sell for things you don't want or need.

I am extremley happy with Zippity. The entire process was very easy and convenient--and I didn't even have to take any time off work. The guys who worked on my car went above and beyond. Can't thank them enough.

I received an estimate for some work to be done, and the actual cost was more than double that estimate. While it was convenient to have my car worked on while I was at the office, I wondered about the pricing, and if I am paying more for that convenience. My husband who usually oversees my car repairs was not happy with the estimate vs. the price. He does not think I should use the service again. I did not have time to try and get connected with the actual mechanic to understand why the price was that much higher, I fond the explanation from Niko helpful, but I still didn't understand -- so what I am to do in that situation but pay. I guess the estimate was way off, or I misunderstood some of the details. Overall it doesn't make for a great experience aside from the convenience factor. I did appreciate how thorough the diagnostic check was. The team found a few items that needed to be fixed and I appreciated that.

The whole process was very convenient. The employees were very helpful and friendly. The inspection results were clear and adding services was very easy, but there was also no pressure if you wanted to pass. A good experience.

FABULOUS - WHAT A GREAT SERVICE, to be at work - and not to spend a Saturday dealing with what my car needs. Thank you so much!!!! SO funny sitting at my deks and then seeing a photo of my car - then a picture of my old dirty filter (and what a new one looks like!) Thank you agin!!!
