“The driver forgot the child seat at the airport pickup but went for it and we only had to wait 15 minutes. Nice cars and friendly, professional drivers!”

“There was a bit of a mix up with the drivers at the airport on arrival but was very quickly sorted. The driver was very pleasant, helpful, and polite and chatty, which was nice as they usual ignore you. On the return journey the driver arrived on time not chatty spent time chatting to a friend on the phone, but was helpful with our luggage. All in all a good service. Have used zip transfers before and happy to use again.”

“We had a good transfer, when we found the right place to be as the booking said go to office 36 but it was actually 30 good transfer on our return journey, we use Zip 3 times a year and already have 2 booked for 2025”

“Pleased with pickup to return, always early. On arrival, always have trouble finding our driver, could possibly improve by having a plaque with our name on it, standing at exit into foyer.”

“ZipTransfers offer a great service. Our driver was on time to collect us at the arrivals gate displaying a sign clearly visible with my name. Our driver was extremely helpful and polite and the vehicle (Mercedes) was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Our return taxi was less impressive as it was a minibus, however, this was just as clean and the driver just as courteous. I would recommend ZipTransfers; their prices are reasonable and appear to be cheaper than other transfer companies available.”

“Overall we were extremely happy with Zip transfers, our arrival flight was delayed and Zip monitored our flight and were there to meet us at our new arrival time, however, on the drive to our destination our driver had us the toll fee of €8 which was not outlined to us in booking. And our driver on our return journey did not charge this toll fee. I found this quiet unusual and do wish this extra charge was outlined when we first made the booking.”

“Efficient, friendly and always on time. Most importantly, usually the cheapest available private transfer. We always use Zip Transfers for our foreign holiday transfer from airport to resort and return. The driver is always waiting in the Arrivals lounge. Never failed. We will continue to use Zip Transfers for all trips abroad.”

“I love Zip. Always use you. Went to Faro recently and the guy who picked me up from the airport couldn’t have been nicer. Sadly not the same for my return trip. Young man, barely spoke to me or acknowledged me but when I got in the car his mate was sat in the passenger seat. As a single female traveller I found it a bit unnerving. All was ok on the journey - he still didn’t speak to me - but suggest drivers need to consider how their actions can make passengers feel.”

“Great transport however no one waiting for us. Carting around all luggage and small babies looking for the office which was quite far away from where you arrive. Not obviously sign posted. Otherwise professional and quick transfer with no concerns. Bus clean and car seats supplied. Thank you.”

“The transfers were good the drivers were very safe . There was confusion over baby seats at the airport on our arrival which were finally sorted at the airport but not on the return .”
