“Arrival: Driver was standing with sign with my name, she was easy to find. Quick transport, no hassle. Departure: Driver picked me up at hotel 04:20 spot on. I was actually a bit afraid driver was not coming on time. But he did. Quick transport, no hassle. I will 100% use again. I recommend ziptransfer to everyone.”

“Flight arrived ahead of schedule and luggage was out early. Driver was waiting in arrivals and driven to hotel in an immaculate people carrier. On departure driver arrived dead on time, again in an immaculate people carrier. No issues except booking site implied we would have a Limo type car. Overall excellent and will use again.”

“Specifically requested a baby car seat. Even though your disclaimer states that you can never guarantee it, our first driver didn´t even seem to know that this was requested for the tour. When we told him, he wen´t and found us a car seat (he was very helpful!). The car seat itself was of terribly poor quality. On our second transfer we got a small coach (and of course, again, no car seat for our baby). The driver said it was safe since we could sit with the child in our arms behind another row of seats (I´m not sure how helpful that is when driving 130 km/h). This is no fault of the drivers. They just didn´t even seem to be informed by the company of our requests.”
