“I had to book an urgent flight and didn't. Know the country or language, it took one very friendly and helpful phone call and an easy booking online. Got off the plane and the driver was there waiting, although we couldn't understand each other I got to where I needed to be with no hassle or stress, if I have to travel again I will definitely use this service again”

“Our driver was waiting at the rendezvous point as stated on the confirmation email. He took us straight to the car and ultimately to our accommodation as requested. We couldn't fault the transfer at all. The price was excellent and everything was very efficient. We will definitely use Ziptransfers again in future. Highly recommended 👍”

“I love Zip. Always use you. Went to Faro recently and the guy who picked me up from the airport couldn’t have been nicer. Sadly not the same for my return trip. Young man, barely spoke to me or acknowledged me but when I got in the car his mate was sat in the passenger seat. As a single female traveller I found it a bit unnerving. All was ok on the journey - he still didn’t speak to me - but suggest drivers need to consider how their actions can make passengers feel.”
