“Have had the trampoline for 2 years and it has held up great in the Las Vegas sun. Finally the safety net started to fall apart. Emailed the company and got a quick reply from Yummy and was able to figure out which net I needed just from a picture.”

“I ordered a 2022 saffun trampoline and the tree swing. I am super impressed by how fast the shipping time was and how well organized the parts and instructions are. Everything came perfect and the quality is perfect as well. Also my child got excited about the grip socks that came with it, it's the little things. Overall very impressed with this purchase.”

“Excellent customer service. This has been a great trampoline (15ft), kids love it. I had a part break and I emailed customer service. Joy the CSR at Zupapa responded right away, was polite and knowledgeable, asked a few questions and the part was rapidly sent out. She did an outstanding job. Thanks Joy!”

“Zupapa has the most AMAZING customer service ever. We bought a 10' trampoline as a present for Christmas 2020. The product is well built, easy to assemble, and the kids love it. However, TWICE since we bought it, the trampoline has been caught up in a wind storm and damaged, and TWICE Zupapa has worked carefully and thoroughly with us to ensure that they shipped out the correct replacement parts - at no charge! They even contacted us after the parts were shipped, to ensure the parts arrived intact and check to see if we had any questions. I wish that zupapa did roofs as well - they are the most wonderful company to work with.”

“Absolutely worth the price! This was the most I’ve ever spent on my son’s birthday present. He is 10 and has lots of energy- we jump twice a day. Measure to make sure you have the space. This is our favorite toy!”

“We've had the trampoline since Christmas 2018. It's held up well. The kids have used it daily and it's endured the florida sun well. Unfortunately the net has started to fall apart. A quick email to the seller and "yummy" replied the same day and was able to get me a replacement.”
