I've had my bike for a month now and every time I use it it makes me smile! The ride is so smooth and as easy as you want it to be. Invest in the comfy saddle and swept-back handlebars for extra comfort and go for the rim lock and extender cable for extra security. The only thing I can think of to improve the experience would be if the up and down buttons on the electric changer were more obvious to save you having to glance across to the shift gears. Maybe I'll try a luminous sticker and see how that works?! The customer service has also been amazing - from the help when ordering, to the personal delivery and tutorial from Ed - everything has been first class! I'm so glad I bought from Mark2 and would recommend them to anyone considering an e-bike.
