You guys wanted a review on my order, I will give you my fully honest review of the seat covers and how my return got rejected as nicely as I can. I ordered part #: 52317BLK for a Ford F550, I ordered the wrong one accidentally because I order for a XLT not an XL, I figured that out by going onto Tiger Tough website and clicking on the correct trim. I contacted Tiger Tough through the phone, which was awesome because a real live English speaking person answered the phone and were extremely helpful and nice, I really appreciate that. She gave me a return form and I shipped it back to their warehouse, I paid all the shipping cost. A couple of weeks later I receive an email stating that they can't return both of my seat covers 52300BLK and 52317BLK because it had dust/ light dirt on them and could not resale them, I was shocked, I made sure they were blown off and clean when I packaged them, and honestly they got some dust on them from my work table. I was more shocked that they did not put any effort to blowing them off or even trying to attempt to dust them off and repacked them nicely and resell them, they were not covered in dirt, grim, or mud, they just had little dust on them. I was really really disappointed, after all I already have purchased a few of them for my fleet and I am planning on purchasing more. Maybe it is me, I though home American made companies take care of their customers and sometimes it takes money to make money, or if they factor in the cost of doing business.
