I did assemble the floor system myself. I prepared the site using a gravel foundation system along with PT 4 x 4 x 8's that I purchased. I also assembled the flooring materials from the kit (stained both sides of the plywood first) before placing onto the 4 x 4 x 8's. I assumed an assembly team would likely not opt to do the staining of both sides of the plywood floor (as recommended in the kit instructions). I did use Kandu (the contracting company that OLT suggests if you don't plan on putting it up yourself) . It worked fine. I could have done the assembly myself, however due to scheduling, and our personal move to our new house where the shed was going, I elected to have it assembled.
