Highly recommend using a body filler spreader plastic tool for factory spoiler remover, then scraping large excess with nylon auto trim removal tool, followed by a cordless drill fitted with a decal eraser wheel pin stripe removal tool to completely remove all of the adhesive. You don't need to use a heat gun. I followed up with 3M One car scratch & swirl remover to get the paint looking new. The entire process from start to finish took me about 1.5 hours.
