Bay Sports has sent me two short video snippets to apparently help me fix a problem that shouldn't have happened. I have no idea how to fix a rudder cable, or how this impacts any warranty claim. Can you even suggest who I could take the kayak to in order to get it fixed? I haven't even had it for a week and already it cannot be used as was intended.
