I only started using the Dethatcher last month and applied it two (2) times so far. In most of the lawn I can see an improvement that the water is getting down further in the soil. There are only a few spots that I think the Aerify solution seems needed. In the last two images the grass is still thinner and when I spade in that area I don't feel it's a thatch problem because the soil is very sandy and the 90+ summer days it creates a baked tension that the water runs away as the lawn is sloping more in the front area. See last the last two images compared to the first. I will say it's a pretty good product as my lawn has really never looked this lush,
