I’m a 34 yr old female and initially started taking this back in June then stopped, then started again consistently for about 5 weeks now. Other than a daily multivitamin, I dont take any other daily meds or products (hence my initial indecisiveness). During my first go I had an ankle injury (felt like a sprain) from walking - I had a goal of 7K to 10K steps a day at the time for a work competition. Normally I would have had to stop completely and wait for the ankle to heal but i tried this for a few days upon recommendation from a family member. I personally decided to continue the walking routine despite the pain/injury and my ankle healed fine. I feel like the supplement contributed to healing because I expected to have to ice or take meds based on previous injury - but already healed in a few days while taking ISS T/E complex. When I finally started taking this consistently back in August - I noticed 4lbs weight loss in my first week and tighter abdomen without any walking or exercise (walking competition ended in June FYI :P). I wasnt even expecting weight loss. I weigh ~125 lbs and not concerned for weight as much as for abdomen area “stress” fat I gained last year (thank you Desk Job). I have also noticed a consistent change in appetite - I am not randomly snacking throughout the day like I used to. Sometimes I take the full recommended dose at once (2 pills for my weight) and sometimes I split it (1 morning, 1 evening). I do take it with food just because I have a sensitive stomach based on past experiences. I am excited to see what happens when I actually add in some exercise to my routine. Fingers crossed!!!
