I am VERY particular about everything but even more so when it comes to detail. I didn’t think ExactMats could get my protective mat for my new dining room table exact but I was willing to take a chance because my table had to have some type of protection. I received it today and had to get it out immediately! I couldn’t believe my eyes!! It is exact!! ExactMats sent me a tracing kit to trace my table since it wasn’t a simple shape. You’ll see that in the photos. I traced it, sent the template back and within a week and a half my ExactMat was on its way to me. I am more than pleased! The quality and fit are prefect and it looks really nice! You can barely tell it’s there. I’d also like to say, customer service with Ellie S. was superb! She responded to every email I sent promptly and happily answered all my questions. Good customer service is a very important part of a successful business and it’s very hard to come by these days.
