The program has been wonderful, I can see the toxins release. Wish there were better instructions for use, and I probably should be drinking a lot more water, cut back on the wine intake (4-8 oz) and sweets (Xmas cookies!) Probably would have been better if I started the program after the holidays! Even still, I can feel and see a difference. Also, I messed up on the days and which to take when, which was a little frustrating. Shipping was super duper fast and customer service had been good. I watched all the videos and read what was available, I just wish there was clearer recommendations while on this detox program, and more specific detox for menopause issues. On to Step 2!
