It's so hard to make sure we're getting enough veggies and nutrients into our diet each day, so I LOVE adding a scoop of this to my morning protein shake. I've been doing this for a few years at least - throughout my entire pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum journey and beyond - so I've been through many bottles of it! I stock up whenever sales hit, to make sure I never run out. I'm vegan so I especially like that it has a good amount of B12 + Iodine. Chlorella + Spirulina are also super important to me for their Alkalizing properties. It has a ton of FIBER, antioxidants AND probiotics + enzymes!! I feel like it covers so much in one scoop and gives me confidence that I'm doing something really great for my health.
