Oh my goodness!!! This was amazingly delicious!!! So moist, not too sweet. I added some toasted pecans to mine to give it a bit of crunch. I’m not much of a baker, but the mix was easy to make. Can’t wait to try the coconut, raspberry, lime leaf mix I bought!
