I use the Hunter Node because it's rugged and dependable. I change both 9v batteries once a year and the Node does the rest, even in less-than-ideal conditions. I have a total of nine Node controllers operating in the US and Central America. Full disclosure, they are tricky to set up initially so follow the printed directions to the letter.
