The Rogue is an exceptionally designed piece of kit!! From the ground up you can tell it has been made with long distances in mind but would equally be very comfortable for a beginner. The construction is impressive and at a full 6kg lighter than it’s predecessor it is noticeably easier to transport. I no longer fear carrying it anywhere. The design is striking with great colours but more importantly it’s well thought out with a multitude of handles, D rings and removable cargo nets! I like how the comfortable diamond grip of the deckpad and how it goes right to the edge of the board. The kick pad for step back turns is in a good place meaning you can get your weight right back. The FRS (Flex reduction system) works very well giving a very rigid board even at the lower pressure mark knowing you could load it with gear comfortably. The leash, paddle, pump and fin have all seen upgrades which are excellent quality with special mention to the new touring fin and compact pump which are outstanding. The final thing to mention is the new bag which is outstanding. A new feature allows you to turn it inside out and stuff it inside the pocket then stow the pump in there too and seal it all up in a very neat package. This is an amazing feature if you have no car to store the bag or are going on a one way journey. Outstanding board, well thought out with excellent performance!! Great value for money.
