I absolutely love Happy Lucky's! My favorite was their breakfast blend, which has the perfect amount of vanilla in it. But I've recently switched to their matcha latte blend and it is amazing! It has the perfect amount of sweetness that I don't have to add anything to it (but a dash of vanilla doesn't hurt when I want something extra sweet). You also don't have to worry about sifting it or lumps forming. I pour a little hot water, mix with a matcha whisk, and then pour in the hot milk!
