I accidentally over cooked mine so it was a little dry. Also I made my icing glaze style but also put too much oat milk. I added more powder sugar to the glaze to make it more paste again. It still tasted good! I substitute milk and butter for Oat Milk and peanut oil. Still tasted great.
I only had Dried cherries available and those worked great too.
